Pamir Ventures hosted an intimate dinner. Nobel laureates. Tech executives. Exited founders. Co-investors. Some of our founders. But the label that matters most: friends with shared values. And it's not a Pamir dinner without a Milad selfie.

I'm a byproduct of this community. I wouldn't be here without people who gave me a chance. Now it's our turn to do the same.

Growing up, I never imagined I would become a VC. I built my career at the intersection of technology and biotech. Translating cutting-edge research out of academic labs. Commercializing platforms to deliver medicines more safely and efficiently. Eventually writing the first check into groundbreaking technologies.

After becoming a scientist, founder, operator, and investor, I've had the privilege to sit on all sides of the table. Every step was training for the same job: being in service to founders.

The good days. The bad days. The ugly days. Building a startup is the hardest job in the world. I've been in their shoes. Helping them achieve their vision is a privilege—and that mindset runs across our whole partnership.

That pull brought Roger, Anand, and me together. Three very different paths. One shared mission through complementary strengths. You can read our story here.

Pamir is an early-stage, operator-led firm. We write the first check for technical pioneers rebuilding complex, legacy industries. Conviction capital. Hands-on operating support. A high-caliber advisory network. Long-term partnership mindset.

This is just the beginning. Grateful for everyone who's been part of the journey.
