Revalia Bio — ARPA-H Award with Draper to Advance Human-Data Testing

A Draper-led team — including Pamir Ventures portfolio company Revalia Bio, the Krishnaswamy Lab at Yale, and LifeShare Network — has been selected under ARPA-H to build a new generation of human-data testing methods for drug development.

The program aims to model real human physiology to predict a drug's safety and efficacy before clinical trials begin, pairing Draper's engineering platforms with Revalia's perfused-human-organ data and Yale's computational biology.

For Revalia, the award deepens a body of federally backed work on replacing surrogate testing models with genuine human biology — alongside the company's separate ARPA-H contract of up to $26.7M, on which it serves as technical lead.
