Astrocade — $56M Series A & B Led by Sequoia

Pamir Ventures portfolio company Astrocade has raised $56 million across its Series A and Series B rounds — the Series A led by Sea, and the Series B led by Sequoia Capital. Additional investors include Google AI Futures Fund, Nvidia, LG Technology Ventures, Dentsu Ventures, and Conviction Embed.

Astrocade is an AI-powered social gaming and game-creation platform that lets anyone build, play, remix, and share interactive games using natural language and generative tools — no coding required. Founded by brothers Ali and Amir Sadeghian, the platform has scaled from zero to roughly 140 million game plays per month across more than 75,000 hosted games, with 20 million engaged users across 80 countries — just eight months after public launch.

The new capital goes toward team expansion, generative-AI improvements, and a $10 million creator incentive program for the platform's community.

For us, Astrocade is a clear proof point of the Pamir thesis: technical founders who pair deep capability with relentless product velocity can build category-defining companies remarkably fast.
