Back at Creative Destruction Lab
I'm back as a mentor at Creative Destruction Lab, one of the best startup accelerators on the planet.

It's official. I'm back as a Mentor at Creative Destruction Lab. One of the best startup accelerators on the planet. I'm coming to reclaim my Mentor of the Year title! Time to build something massive.
I've invested in over a dozen CDL companies and interacted with hundreds.
You sit across from founders working on problems most investors don't even understand yet. Breakthrough science that the world hasn't caught up to. And you get to help them figure out how to turn it into a real company. No fees. No equity. Pure mentorship. That's the whole job.
Nick Shah, Andrew Pelling, and I found each other through CDL years ago. We're all scientists, all operators, and we all love coaching scientists who are building things nobody else is willing to bet on yet. That's what CDL selects for, mentors who actually want to be in the room.
And the room is stacked. T. Chen Fong, Eve Blossom, John Francis, Chris Hadfield, Ray Muzyka, Barney Pell, Allen Lau, Eva Lau, Alex Norman, Isaac Souweine, Anish Kirpalani, Jehangir Appoo, and many others I'm honored to call friends.
Ajay Agrawal, Sonia Sennik, and the entire CDL team have built something genuinely rare.
Since 2012, more than 7,500 founders representing over 4,000 ventures have come through the program. Over 1,700 companies have graduated. They've generated over CAD $60 billion in equity value. No fees. No equity taken. Those numbers shouldn't be possible, but they are.
If you're a founder building a science or technology venture with potential for massive scale, this is your shot. World-class mentors, serial entrepreneurs, investors, scientists, and operators, all in the room with you. CDL charges nothing and takes nothing. Companies from around the world can apply to any of CDL's 17 locations across 10 countries.
At Pamir Ventures, building community and supporting ecosystems around the world is our DNA. We are byproducts of mentorship.
